6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Joshua@shoepath.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with the original packaging) to be eligible for a full refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
